Today mother and i ran the st. clair 5K race. she got her best time ever of 23:26, she did really well and got 2nd for her age catagorey. i also did well, my time was 29:18, which my goal was to get under 30 minutes,and to run the whole thing without walking, so i accomplished both goals:) i think the running and swimming all week helped. this was the first week i actually got to swim every morning, all the other weeks it was either to cold or raining. The coarse for the race today was really flat, so that helped a lot. there was A LOT of high school girls running the race and they took off really fast, but then the majority of them were walking by the 1/2 mile, so i beat lots of them. tonight i went to my mothers and she made twice-baked potatoes and ham and it was YUM-O!!! and she made me breakfest this morning after the race:) after i got back this morning i started laundry and then cleaned out my office closet, which was a ginormous mess:) i threw away a lot of stuff so now it is nice and organized. well, i don't really know much else, i am going to go to bed early tonight becuase i got up at 5:30 this morning to go run:) guten nacht!!
