I'm finally updating:)

i know, you have all been waiting and waiting for me to update this thing, so now i am:) as you all know liam was born last tuesday morning. i went to the hospital monday at 9:00 and my water broke at 12:30 and i had liam at 3:32. we had tons of visitors on tuesday, the new grandpa wadekamper was the first to visit at 6:45, then cassie came at 8:00, then there was a steady stream of people there until 8:30 tuesday night. there was only one hour of time where there wasn't anybody there!! so i was very sleepy by the end of the day:) i didn't even get an epidural because liam came to quickly so i had to tough it out and not have one!! good thing i am so tough:) we were supposed to come home on thursday morning, but the test for jaundice came back that he had it too much and so he had to go under "the lights" all day thursday until friday morning. they discharged me, but i got to stay in the room because i had to feed him every 2 hours while he was there, but adam and i went home and let the dog out and took a break from the hospital, then i went back until friday morning. on friday we finally got to bring him home, good thing because i was super tired of being in the hospital! since we brought him home he has been easy to take care of. i have only been having to get up about 2 times a night to feed him, so that has been nice. on saturday larry and vivian brought us over supper. on sunday cassie and nick came down. cassie had to change liam's diaper, and that was pretty much the funniest thing i have ever seen. she thought he just pee'd, but it was more than that:) and she got it all over the place, hahahhaha!! adam went back to work on monday. i brought liam to his first doctor's appointment monday morning. he gained some weight so that is good. when he was born he weighed 6lbs.15oz. and in the hospital he went down to 6lbs.5oz. and now he is back up to 6lbs.11oz. he is to little to fit into any of his clothes, so everything is hugh for him, but i am not going to go buy him anything that fits because he will just grow out of it right away. so, that is what we have been up to the last week! now i must go wash the dishes while he is sleeping!! guten tag!
