work,work,work!
Good morning! today is my only day off, then i work for SIX days in a row!!! and tomorrow i am working a double, therefore, i will be working for 16 hours, from 6:00am until 10:30pm! then i have to be back at work at 6:00 thursday morning! this morning liam and josie both woke up in super good moods and were happy and laughing. now,at 9:00, they are both whiney and crying and fighting!! liam has already been in a time out 3 times!! naughty children!!! today i am making my FAVORITE clean eating dish, it is spankopita, or it is spelled something like that:) it is greek. it is whole wheat phillyo dough, spinach, red pepper, feta cheese and onion, it is SOOOOO yummy! i am making it for lunch with tilapia. tonight for supper i am making clean eating sweet and sour chicken. well, i don't really know anything else for today since it is SOOOO early in the morning:) have a great day! tschuss!!
