christa apparently has nothing to do but check to see if i have updated, so here is an update for her:) we went up north to diane and rods house last thursday night. we had a lot of fun up there, and i even got to go swimming!! i have been craving swimming for months and months,so it was nice to finally get to go!! even liam and josie went out deep with their life jackets!! josie looooves the water. liam was a little scared, but he went out! we came home on sunday and picked up remi from being kenneled. it was her first time having to go to a kennel and i think she missed me:) since i have been walking/running with her at night i have become her best friend and she follows me everywhere. so when we got her home sunday she wouldn't leave my side, it was pretty funny! on tuesday we went to dad's house and butchered the rest of the chickens. liam loved it, which i don't know if that's a good thing or not:) yesterday i was busy! i had a dr appointment at 9:00. then i picked up eli from mothers house and came home. i cleaned the kitchen and fridge, made some delish clean eating blueberry banana bread, froze green beans and peas, then made an SUPER good supper of poached chicken with nectarine green bean salad. it was really good and super easy to make! after supper i had adam put air in the tires of my bike and i went for a bike ride. i didn't know where to go, or how far i could make it, so i went to mothers house. then rick told me where to go, so i got a good bike ride in and my legs were pretty sore by the time i got back home! i have been having MAJOR issues with my knees from running because they are so weak from not doing anything while pregnant, so biking was much easier on them! i hope this was a good enough update for christa, but now i have things to do! have a great day and enjoy this wonderfully cool weather!!! guten tag!
