HOLY BUCKETS!!!!! i didn't put a picture of liam OR josie on tonight!!! this is a picture of my DELISH supper i made tonight, it looked even better than the picture shows, since it was dark outside i couldn't get a good picture with just the inside lights. so the picture doesn't show the nice bright red peppers! it is called Honey Mustard Chicken & Rice Pilaf with kale and red peppers. it was super good and super easy to make!! to bad i ate it all by myself:( liam wouldn't eat and the rice got done before the chicken so josie just ate that and went to bed as soon as she was done, so i sat at the table all by myself and ate and read my book! today we got up this morning and just played and cleaned the kitchen. adam's phone has been broken since sunday, so today when a new one was delivered we drove it down to rochester to adam so that he could have a phone again. when we got back i layed josie down for a nap(but of course she didn't sleep) and liam and i made some DELISH Almond butter chocolate chip cookies from this month's clean eating magazine. rick had made them this weekend and cassie ate them and called and told me that i HAD to make them. then when i was at mother's on monday i tried them and relized that i HAD to make them:) they are super good and SUPER easy to make, there is only almond butter, sucanat, 1 egg, baking soda, sea salt and 3 oz of dark chocolate in them, so hardly anything! except since there is hardly anything in them, it only makes like 20 cookies! i have been reading the true blood books. i had the first one for months and months and just read a few chapters in it and that was it. i watched the first season of true blood on tv and the book and show were practically the same from the start so i wasn't that into the book. mother told me last week that i had to give the book back to her because somebody else wanted to read it, so i figured i better read it quick otherwise i would never get it back because cassie also wanted to read it, so i finished it in a day and now am on the second one and will probabally finish it tonight, then there are 6 more to go:) so i think i will continue reading now so have a great night! guten nacht!!
