Good Morning! Yesterday was a busy day!! we left our house at 10:00 and headed up to christa's. i dropped l&j off and went and picked up cassie and then we went to the natural food co-op in burnsville. i needed to find whole wheat phyllo dough and they don't sell it at normal grocery stores. they did have it at the store, so i was very happy! i made it back to christa's by 2:00 and josie was sleeping. we played games and i pretty much beat christa at all of them:) i am the game champion!!!! jese was saving the world playing video games, so he wouldn't even play with us, hooker!!! we left there a little after 4:00 i think and came home. liam feel asleep on the way home. after we got home liam was crabby because i woke him up, but he got over it! i made some AMAZINGLY DELISH spanakopita casserole, it is what i needed the phyllo dough for. it was in the clean eating magazine this month and i have had it before at a greek festivle we went to up in the cities when i was pregnant with liam. it was soooooo good, it tasted just like the real stuff from the festivel!!! and it was super easy to make, which makes it even better:) last night i just watched the biggest loser then jay leno, then went to bed!! i am sad that they are taking jay leno off of the 9:00 time slot because i was actually awake to watch him then! and i like conan and am sad they took him off:( oh well i guess my life will go on:) it is lunch time now and i am going to go eat some of my leftover spanakopita now! audios!!
